Without a doubt, most of those who file for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy are trying to rid of credit card and income tax debt. Luckily for these filers, most bankruptcies succeed with this task.

With the economy at an all time low EVICTIONS are on the rise. At IE Document Services we’ve witnessed a steady increase of new eviction filings and its no surprise since people are jobless, the state is going bankrupt and benefits are non-existent amongst all this mayhem tenants are ‘forgetting’ to pay their rent; prompting the landlord to start the eviction process with an objectionable notice.
